Cleanliness definitely gets a zero. They didn’t clean tubs out at all between customers. While getting a pedicure my daughters toe was cut and bleeding and they acted like they didn’t do it. Then they scrubbed so hard my ankle was burning. Completely took the skin off. Would not recommend at all.

Not very polite, I asked for matte black with a single black jewel on an accent nail and instead got blue and white. They put one row diagonal and the other up and down. I asked for them to fix the diagonal and they said everyone gets it like that but when I told them that it wasnt what I asked for, they got an attitude and messed up my nail entirely. They were polite when I walked in and as I told them what I wanted. As soon as they got started, they didnt listen to what I wanted. Had to repeat it numerous times. When filing the sides of my nails, they cut my finger by filing it and when I told them about it they ignored it was there until it started pouring blood. Nails are all different sizes and very crooked. Definitely would never come back again. Charged me $40 for them to clean my finger, full set, and for them to fix the nail they didnt listen to me for.

I just got my nails done here. One, I asked for almond nails not coffin. Two, she woman there did a terrible job. It looks like a 5 year old did my nails. I know that I will not come to this place again.
