I have been a client of Karen’s for 11 years and see her weekly. I have a several chronic back and neck issues that keep me from being mobile at times and she has always been accommodating with my schedule. I appreciate this as I know she is a 1 person shop and her schedule is usually full a week out. If I call her same day to let her know that I will not be able to make it in she has never charged me a cancellation fee as she is aware that those with chronic illnesses can have issues come up quickly. All she requests from clients is that they call her ahead to let her know they are not going to be able to make the appointment.
