I’ve been going here for at least 6yrs and have been very patient with the lateness and cancellations because they do great work but today blew the mess out of me. I made my appointment 3wks ago for 10a.m today because I work for the railroad and I’m never home so my time is very valuable, and I actually got up and texted to make sure on what time she actually wants me to come because she’s always late, she let me know to come 30mins past my actual time and I said ok. Fast forward 2 1/2 hours later she asks if I could come later not taking in to consideration that I have other things that I have to do. My son is going on prom tomorrow so it was a lot of other things I had going on but I said ok but then she wanted me to come at 8p.m…..10hrs after my scheduled appointment so I politely declined because that’s super unprofessional and any other time I’ve came has been unprofessional from the time management to taking clients that came in after me when I have always been on time to every appointment and if I was running late I would always be courteous and call to let them know and it would always be no more than 10mins late. So if you have any other plans the day of your appointment don’t even bother coming because I guarantee she’s going to be at least an hour or two late if she even shows up for the allotted time. I’m sorry to leave this review but enough is enough and I will never come back here. My time is just as important as anybody else’s and I refuse to keep going to a place that doesn’t understand that

I love, love, love it here. The atmosphere is so welcoming and I can be myself when I walk through the door. Every service that I’ve received here has been exceptional. My eye brows are always done so perfectly and they take their time to make sure that its correct. I never feel rushed and that makes it even more special. I’ve been going to Ayerenee spa for the past 3 years. I’ve gotten waxes done, a faithful lash customer, eyebrows, eyebrow tinting and facials. Never have I been disappointed. Ashley’s always been on time of not early for our appointment. Her work is pure quality and it’s constantly being recognized. EVERY time I go out someone complimenting my lashes or brows ❤️ I’ve sent plenty of clients her way and they’re never disappointed.

I’ve Been Going to this place literally since they moved across the street from the tire place. That’s neither here or there Ashley is VERY rude and inconsiderate in regards to her customer needs so that’s poor customer service. Then she always running errands while not having people to be there to secure her shop which is very sad and bad business services, you call her to see where she at she constantly lies about her arrival time. Attitude in her demeanor tone etc. With D (Deborah)going on maternity leave this shop will be skeleton bones to me. Any Good reviews are simply from D (Deborah)services. Glitz Waxing on 159 State/Indiana next to Wing stop You wouldn’t be disappointed at all big promise.

I had an 11a appointment with Ashley, I was on time for the appointment, but she wasn’t! The hours on the door stated they opened at 10a, but the door was locked. I followed the directions from the sign on the door and called the number to ask someone to open the door. Ashley answered after calling the number twice, she told me, very nonchalantly, she was running 10 minutes behind. I booked an appointment with my info including phone number and email, but wasn’t notified that she’d be a little late. I walked back to my car and some young man rolling a blunt said to me, “she’s coming, she’ll be here shortly.’ I waited 10 minutes, but NO ASHLEY! I drove off and received a call from her as I exited the mall. I was too heated to answer! 2 hours later, i received an email stating that I was a no show for the appointment, when in fact, Ashley was a no show! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I had an appointment booked for 4:00 and received a call TWENTY MINUTES before my appointment to see if I could come in earlier. I said I would be able to come in about 5 minutes earlier but since there was traffic I didn’t arrive until my scheduled time. Once I arrived, I was told that there was a double booking for the same time which is something that I should’ve been notified of way before twenty minutes. The other lady arrived before I could so I was told that I could wait an additional 45 minutes for an appointment that doesn’t even take 30 minutes. I declined since I don’t have the extra time to wait. She also said I could reschedule like I would patronize such an unprofessional business again in the future. I told her no and went on about my day. Do not go to this place because even if you have an appointment you still won’t get seen at your time. So my time and gas was wasted for something that could have been avoided if people paid attention to their schedule at the beginning of the day.

My first time going to Ay Renee Spa was Saturday . It was a great experience . The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. I really like the whole spa ambiance of the place. The color scheme went well and really made you feel relaxed. My wax specialist Dee was really thorough yet gentle. I also like how they have the Brazilian wax listed on Groupon because I’m all about saving money and getting deals. I will definitely book again.

My appointment for a Brazilian was at 12pm! She got started around 12:10pm and I was done and out by 12:23pm! Talk about having fast service and done right! Beautiful property with warm, friendly greeting staff. The young lady who did my Brazilian was professional and was able to help me relax so that she could get the job done. Lord knows i was tense because I hadn’t gotten one down in a lil over a month and a half.
