I stopped in for a trim for my ends. Just the ends. Only the split ends…I walked out with half of my hair a different length than the rest, by a BIG amount. Also, the techniques that were used, or not used contridicted what a stylist should actually be doing/not doing. I do know that. Hair washing/conditioning was as usual, however the stylist took my hair and *destroyed* it using the towels they use and just scrubbed it, and ran the towel through my hair the wrong way, only adding damage to my hair. You’re not supposed to use A) a cotton towel on your hair. And B) you’re 100% not supposed to rub the towel the way she did. There was no product after the towel/bird nest the stylist has created, so IMMEDIATELY it was frizzy. She started cutting the ends and then just kept cutting. When I say that the entire thing is uneven, I’m not joking. And I’m really not trying to slam this business… But my hair looks SO much shorter than I explained I wanted. This time I learned the hard way that the most inexpensive place, isn’t the best. I truly had to ask how much more because she just kept snipping areas. No sectioning, no measuring the hair though, just random chops.
