Because of a recent illness, I hadn’t kept up with some personal care and my ingrown (sp?) toe nails were so sore. After trying to fix them myself, I gave up and got some help. I had never gotten a pedicure before. Quinn was so gentle and professional. She put me at ease and allowed me to ask all my questions. I now know what the big deal is about pedicures! Will definitely do this again!!

I used to use this salon very often before I moved out of town. I went back last week for SNS. While all the nail techs are SO very nice and personable, I was not happy with my nails. They only dipped with SNS one time, whereas everywhere else I’ve been dips at least 2 times. My nails looked great when I left but within 2 days they were chipping and wearing down. I’m very disappointed in the quality of this. It just seemed like they were rushing to get people in and out (even though they weren’t busy). Even though I had an appointment, it felt rushed and they were finished with my nails within 15 minutes, which is VERY unusual when you’re paying $35-$50 on SNS.

I got my nails done here twice first time was great! Second time my nails broke and cracked went to get them fixed he fixed one but painted over the broken one. A week later and now the crack is showing and my finger is very sore. Manicure

I went to get nails filled ..been there several times but this time my nail just came off ….for no reason it’s like the product was old I went to get it fixed 1 broke nail she said shes busy it will take 35 minutes and told me to go have lunch …I did when I went back she said oh it’s going to be 1 hour shes busy. On one of my visits she got up and left me there to fix a girls broke nail …what’s the difference ….well now I am going to have to find a place to go that’s worth my money…I am new to n.c. and I got to search around while supporting a broke nail because of their poor quality of work …1 star because there’s nothing less

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI called and asked if I needed to make an appointment or if walk-ins were welcome the woman told me that I should make an appointment it would be better so I made the appointment for 1215 I got there 10 minutes early and I waited until 110 to go back for my nail appointment they took three walk-in appointments before me. The woman that was doing my nails decided that she was going to start after putting the tips on and then a man finished my SNS needless to say I was in this salon for almost if not over two hours. Very unprofessional very unhappy with the service and very very unhappy that I had to wait so long after making an appointment and watching others go back to get their nails done before me when they came in after. But I should’ve known this would happen the last time I went to the salon my SNS nails broke the next day. They were very blotchy and uneven.
