Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueHad a 9:30 appointment with a friend. (We had already been here once before and was pleased). There was only 1 person there able to do nails until 10am even though there were at least 3 people waiting for nails with scheduled appointments. So my friend didn’t get her nails started until 10. The person doing my nails got up to answer the phone or greet a client every 5 minutes. It essentially took 2 hours for him to finish my nails (dip powder with tips). I asked for round and he did square-round which I later told him was fine because I was ready to leave. We asked if they could use a matte top coat which they said they had and could use. Their version of “matte” was buffing the nails with no top coat at all. You could still see the scratches from the buffer and the shiny around the edges of the nails. They were ready to send us out the door this way!!! Once I addressed this, they agreed to use the actual top coat. My nails, now finished, look lumpy and not smooth at all. For $50 (no tip included), I am not pleased at all. There was only 1 person there able to do nails until 10am even though there were at least 3 people waiting for nails with scheduled appointments. So my friend didn’t get her nails started until 10. I had my nails done by a younger woman in the first picture and the other by Jimmy in the second. I get SNS every time and these lasted me over 3 weeks with no cracks or chips. They shape my nails perfectly without being too thick and I love them. My only reason for not 5 stars is sometimes it takes awhile for someone to start working on your nails or it’ll start with one person with removal and a different one comes and does the application. I didn’t want to write a review until I saw how my nails lasted because in previous times my SNS chipped very quickly. I had my nails done by a younger woman in the first picture and the other by Jimmy in the second. I get SNS every time and these lasted me over 3 weeks with no cracks or chips. They shape my nails perfectly without being too thick and I love them. My only reason for not 5 stars is sometimes it takes awhile for someone to start working on your nails or it’ll start with one person with removal and a different one comes and does the application. But overall recommend this place.
