I decided I would leave a review for people to truly understand how service is here. The quality of the cuts? Great. The cleanliness? Also great. I’d definitely say if you just want a solid, quality haircut to go here if their employees were not so impolite and standoffish. Every single person I interacted with was rude and seemed to be looking down upon me in the way that they spoke. Very passive aggressive. Specifically the hairstylist Kylie. She did not try make conversation, made rude comments about the condition of my hair, (I am totally open to constructive criticism on haircare, but she was unkind and passive aggressive about it) but she did manage to give me a lovely haircut so I’ll give her that. But overall just very entitled and rude attitudes from all of the staff there. Feels stuffy and uncomfortable and like they are all silently judging.

I saw Krysta to get my hair dyed silver and she did a phenomenal job! She was talkative, funny, and very friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist. My hair turned out fantastic! It’s only been a day but I’ve already received so many compliments. It also still feels very healthy despite starting from mostly virgin dark brown hair! I will be seeing her for all of my touch ups and trims!
