She takes her time , listens to what you want & your nails always look amazing! I have gotten my nails done by other nail techs ( not at her shop) & those nails always chip & the manicures hurt. Not when Mary does it. She is so gentle & so detailed! Mary has been doing my nails for awhile now. She is always on time , professional, the place is spotless. She takes her time , listens to what you want & your nails always look amazing! I’ve had my nails done at Awesome Nails for 22 years and have never gone anywhere else, because everytime I leave my appointment I am completly satisfied with my beautiful nails. There is a lot to be said when you know your nail tech is one of the best in the business, Mary is just that. The salon is for pampering, it’s atmosphere gives you that feeling as soon as you enter. I love going to get my nails and lashes with olga! She is extremely talented. Mary also does an amazing job with my mom’s nails!! We love this place. Everything is always clean and hygiene is their first concern which is amazing because there isn’t a lot of places around here that care about hygiene. Love love this place 100% recommended.

Mary is amazing I started going to her over a month ago . I had told her how I was never happy with my nails when I went to other salons but ever since I started doing my nails with her I haven’t missed one appointment, I love going and getting my nails done now . I was in this salon on three separate occasions. The first time was okay, and the owner suggested I get no-chip nails. I never had them before, but was willing to try and had them put on both my fingernails and toenails. I was not a fan of them, but had to go back a second time because I wanted them removed. The owner insisted that I would come to really enjoy them, so I allowed her to re-do them. Three weeks later, I called her a few days ahead of time to let her know that I would be removing them completely. When I walked in for my appointment, she informed me that I would be working with the “new” person. The new person was not new to the field, just new to the salon. Her rubber gloves kept getting tangled with the sander, and I had to keep pulling my hand away to avoid becoming collateral damage. When she worked on my cuticles, she cut them twice. She oiled my hands and then put on the nail polish. I had requested clear polish, which was good because the next day the polish completely fell off most of the nails. I completely forgot about the toes, but after the hand experience, I decided to wait for the nails to grow out, so I would not have to put my toes in danger. At no time did the owner ask me how my experience was going or how it had gone. But when it came to pay, ALL three times, she commented on the size of the tip. Her machine starts at 15%. The first visit, she told me that she usually got a 20% tip. The second visit she asked me if she had done something wrong. The third time she said, “Oh, riiiight.” under her breath. She should retire or sell her business. I will never refer anybody to her salon.

First of all let me say that this is a very nice salon and the owner Mary is very nice. I have been going to this salon for about 9 months now and Olga has been doing my nails and pedicure. She is extrememly talented and I have been very pleased and felt like I had developed a great relationship with her. Yesterday the weather was awful with an ice storm. I sent Olga a text offering to reschedule my appointment if she felt like the roads were too awful for her to drive to the salon for my appointment today. I received a message from her telling me that there is a reason for the 24 hour cancel notice. She said that she could have given my appointment to someone else and would have to sit for 3 hours unpaid. I never said to her that I was cancelling my appointment. I’m 5 mins away and would have made it. My concern was for her. I have never cancelled my appts. so I’m not sure why I deserved that treatment. I was very dissapppointed and hurt and asked her to cancel my appointment and that I would not be back. I felt like we had become friends and just did not understand why she was being so very unkind to me.

Today was my first visit here & the absolutely did NOT dissappoint! I was reffered to Olga for a thorough pedi! Absolutely one of the best I’ve had! I do work in a salon elsewhere but needed to be a client not a coworker today❤️ The chairs were phenomenal too! As i was almost done with the pedi we were talking about powder pigments (chromes like “holo” & “unicorn”) as my salon doesnt have them I was able to also get a no chip mani in my holo finish The way she did my mani was quite different & unique. No water. No buffers. No nippers(which i only allow once in a blue moon) The best part was NOT having to soak off my gels ! Soooo much faster & cuticles were gone! So impressive! I cant recommend it more highly than this review. I will be back the next time i need to cheat on my own workplace. Definitely make an appointment as its a smaller ,beautiful, “family” feeling salon. Waxing & lash extensions available too. I did make one mistake here… the best part was EVERYONE spoke english! No wondering whats being said in another language. Please visit here & tell them a 35 yr (in business) stylist sent you!
