The lady at the front desk is always so accommodating when we call to schedule and while there, she and the rest of the staff are warm and welcoming. The facility is clean, the linens always smell fresh. The staff is excellent, we always leave feeling relaxed.

Very nice ladies. But throughout my massage session 30 mins body 30 mins foot. The person who was massing me stepped out about 6 times to pick up the phone for those who were calling the spa….. booking appts and giving rates etc…. and in that hour i had 3 different people working on me becuase there were times my 1st person wasnt coming back quick infor because again busy with phone calls that were coming in. I was quite happy! I was able to get an appt right away. The place is super clean and the people were very nice. It was so good I returned the following week and intend to continue. I have to give it 4 stars because it’s the only place I’ve ever gone to that does not offer water afterward and also the workers talk to each other way more and more than a whisper, than I’ve experienced in other places.

Well I guess you get what you pay for, it’s a hit or miss with the full body massage. Would have been more relaxing if my masseuse wasn’t on the phone taking appointments that’s for sure. Some candles etc would help with the ambience here.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe massage was supposed to be a 70 minute full body massage. The woman did 55min on my back and 15minutes split between my legs, feet, neck and head. It was poor quality and clearly no knowledge of the body, technique, pressure points, or anything else that is supposed to help any aches. After the massage, I didn’t have my wallet on me or cash in my car and both the masseuse and front desk lady demanded I tip. The quality was poor, you’re never supposed to demand a tip, and the knowledge of the body was not good at all. I would’ve tipped if they allowed me to leave but they were barely letting me leave to even get my wallet.
