Critical: ProfessionalismI went to the salon today and asked Nely to do highlights. The first picture that I uploaded that’s the hair color I had. Not to mention I had pretty healthy and damaged free hair it was somewhat damaged but not totally damaged. The second picture is the highlights that I wanted. I went there today 01/08/2022 at 5.00 pm and left at 9:30 pm. The 3rd picture is what I left with today at 9:30 pm. She literally fried my hair like soggy noodles and it’s so damaged that when she was running her hands through my hair my hair was coming off on her hand and on top of that my hair is orange. After she was done I asked her what did you do to my hair she said I did highlights the one that you told me to do and for this she charged me $125 just for making my hair orange. And still she has the audacity to tell me if I want she’ll color my hair but for that she’ll charge extra $60. Both my parents were there and even they got mad for what she did. Not only that I told her 5more then 3 times to keep my black color half way through so it looks highlights/balayage but she bleached it so much that only 1 & half inch of my color from the root looks black. If you’re the owner reading my review I need to speak to you regarding this matter before I take legal action against Nely for frying my hair.
