Excellent Service! My daughter is 3 and she had a case of head lice, as a family of 7, I was freaking out. I called and Tye had a same day appointment. She came out to our home and made us feel at ease. She is awesome, and was super sweet to my babes! Most of all put my mind at ease. I wish I would have called sooner than trying to treat ourselves. My kids and I absolutely loved Tye!!! She was very professional and knowledgeable! She answered all of our questions and was super sweet! She was able to get all of the lice in one treatment and when she did the recheck everyone was all clear. My girls loved the space buns she did on them. Would 100% recommend her to anyone.

T Is Amazing!!!!! Extremely knowledgeable and professional! She shared information and advice to help yourself next time that NO other professionals would. She educated me for sure. Explained everything even identified what we were looking at. What made it even better was her honesty and lack of judgment! I would highly recommend. What would have taken me 5 hours and not doing a good job took her an hour and a half while stopping to show and identify what we saw. She is so extremely knowledgeable!!! Best money spent!!!

Could not recommend Tye enough. After my child brought home lice, we tried repeatedly to get rid of it using chemicals and every google remedy but just could not get it all out. Thankfully I came across Tye. She responded right away, worked with my schedule, she quickly got everyone in the home lice free (naturally) and educated us along the way. Let me tell you about my girl Tye! One on my worst fears happened.. my girls came home with lice! Being someone who has never had it, I was lost and didn’t even know where to start. Tye responded quickly and was at my house the next day.. not only am I so thankful for her treating their hair properly.. I am grateful to have met her! She was absolutely amazing with my daughters, they enjoyed getting their hair done by her.. she made a scary situation so much better! She was personable with my girlies.. talking with them.. engaging and fun.. they made friends with her! I was very anxious and she quickly calmed my nerves.. she put all my worries at rest. Tye told me exactly what and what not to do and was so very helpful in many ways!! At the end of treatment, she made them feel beautiful with a cute hairstyle & adorable bows! Update- This company is absolutely amazing. My daughter was infested. They killed everyone of them in one sitting. Just beware that when they say they do a free follow up, you still have to pay the travel fee. I was never told that!

Noticed our son had lice on Christmas Eve Called Away Lice on the 26th to schedule an appointment, not expecting for her to text back immediately and be knocking on our door 2 hours later! Absolute top-notch service! She educated us on how to prevent and took her time with each of us. Unfortunately, I too had to be de-loused, but her kindness and compassion kept me from freaking out over MY infestation! She is the epitome of professionalism. HIGHLY recommend
