Critical: Professionalism, QualityBAD BUSINESS!!! When I booked my appointment I called and explained the style I wanted. Awa told me it was no problem gave a quote and booked me. On the day of my appt. she had me confused with another client along with my desired style. She showed me pictures from another client saying this is what you texted me right? You want this correct? I explained that the number and text she was showing wasn’t me, then proceeded to show her a picture of my desired style to refresh her memory of our conversation prior. She then informs me that she can’t do my desired style (even though she said she could 3 days prior) and would NOT change her quote. I agreed to continue my spot as long as my braids were small and even and desired long length. During my spot another client walked in and seemed aggitated and wanted to reschedule due to the wait. At this point Awa rushed my hairstyle to keep the other client that SHE DOUBLE BOOKED resulting in UNEVEN, LARGE, Mid back braids. Nothing like the desired style we agreed on an hr before starting the process. I kindly asked her to redo my hair and she said she couldn’t and also REFUSED to refund me at lest 20%-30% of my money! BAD BUSINESS!!! When I booked my appointment I called and explained the style I wanted. Awa told me it was no problem gave a quote and booked me. She asked if I was at the correct place and after assuring her I was she said that she would call me to come back, the same day. I live 30 minutes away and didn’t want to sit waiting for a call when I set up and appointment and had a text. I called to make an appointment. I showed up for the appointment and she wasn’t aware of my appointment. She asked if I was at the correct place and after assuring her I was she said that she would call me to come back, the same day. I live 30 minutes away and didn’t want to sit waiting for a call when I set up and appointment and had a text. I’m sure she does great just make sure you have an appointment cause this was a very bad experience for me.

One left and she took the other woman before me so I left and let her know how unprofessional she was. If I could rate this zero stars I would, I’m never going back especially for the prices she wants
