I’ve gone here for years and everone is friendly and has always done a good job. I just got acrylics for the first time and I am very happy with the results.

This is my go-to nail salon! I am in a wheelchair and they are very accommodating to my needs. Their manicures & pedicures always look great!

I got a lovely gel pedicure with warm lotion and a massage that was very comforting after a long cold Minnesota day. In addition, they gave me a cute ombre powder manicure which was done in a very efficient manner using liquid and powder on a brush to slather it on thick instead of taking forever having me dip my nails in several times as I have experienced at other nail salons. Overall a great experience 🙂

when asked about the student discount, she told me the discount is only for students below 18 years old. LOL.

This is a review to my previous good review from 3 years ago. I’ve had now 2 bad experiences in a row so I won’t be coming back. Owner was always good but can’t say the same about the others. Lately there’s an older lady technician who looks bitter and acts bitter. Ruined my daughter’s thick eyebrows who asked just for a little cleaning. She left her with uneven narrow eyebrows before prom. Same appointment, I got a gel pedicure ($50 with tip) by the same lady and it started peeling off a few days later, within a week most of the nails had come off. In the past they have fixed whenever something hasn’t been done right so I came back and showed them, they said OK pick a color. The nail technician talked the whole time with another one, gave me what looked to be a spa massage (which I did not ask for and thought was their way of apologizing for the bad pedi) but when it was done they said it was $46! I said “no, I showed bitter lady that her pedi came off and she said you guys would fix it” and they all started arguing with me in front of the other customers so I ended up paying $100 for one pedi that lasted 2 days and another one that I don’t know if it’s going to last. I was surprised they agreed like this because I’m a regular and I always tip 20% or more but I guess they don’t care. I can see in not the only one because their review scores have gone down.

Love this place! It’s going to be my “go-to” nail salon from now on. I don’t get my nails done often, but this weekend I have a special event I’m going to with my husband for his work. I waited a little bit, but it was no big deal and not too long. I got a gel manicure by David. He was great to talk to, I didn’t really even pay attention to what he was doing with my nails as we talked about our kids, travels, and learning new languages. In the end, I got a BEAUTIFUL gel manicure! Thanks David! They are so shiny and perfect, my 3 year old called them my “nail stones/gems”. Good luck with your college studys David, I’m sure you’ll do great!

I will never go to this salon again. I have been a few times for a basic gel mani/pedi and was satisfied with service, outside of them telling me they had time for a walk in, but having to wait nearly an hour without communication. This particular occasion I thought I’d splurge on a full set. Took over and hour and the nail tech seemed to forget what he was doing. I had to ask him to clean up a couple nails, asked for a thin, almond shaped finish, and my nails are different lengths and shapes with a thick, unfinished appearance. I washed my hands and several gel nails were still tacky and showed fingerprints, so I asked him to fix. He was rude and seemed bothered with my requests. I got on a plane that’s same day and now having to look at the worst mani/pedi I’ve ever received. Total waste of $120. He also filed my skin and I have several fingers with cuts.

The last pedicure I had in this salon was beyond disappointing. Owner kept leaving me sitting during the service to confer with other operators about a recent car accident, fender bender. painted one toe, left sitting, painted another toe, left to read insurance papers.on & on.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI always made an appointment for my manicures and they were often 30 minutes late in seeing me! often taking walk ins before my appointment. The quality was awful. 52 dollars for a gel manicure and it lasted less than a week . Chipped and broken. The last time I was there I waited 45 minutes beyond my appointment time and they still had not seen me. I walked out. I will NEVER go there again.Services: Gel manicures, PedicureI always made an appointment for my manicures and they were often 30 minutes late in seeing me! often taking walk ins before my appointment. Critical: Quality, Value$49 for deluxe pedicure that lasted less than 40 mins. There were a few other clients waiting, and perhaps the urgency to cater to everyone was necessary, unfortunately I won’t be back. Additionally, assuming clients want gel polish versus regular is uncalled for too. Yes, I understand it’s a luxury and $49 can be afforded however its hard earned money, and I could’ve done my toes at home and would look even better.Service: Pedicure$49 for deluxe pedicure that lasted less than 40 mins.
