I’ve been here a few times and the staff are all really great. I saw Winston and he was so nice and down to earth and made the whole experience just wonderful. My cut and color turned out fantastic. Just be careful though, they threw in a few extras that I wasn’t expecting that jacked up the price a bit. I’d go back and love my hair, but next time I’ll be sure to have them tell me before they just do the extras.

I had a reservation for 1200 on a Saturday afternoon for a message. I walk into the store at 1150 and no one was at the register. I waited for 15 minutes before someone finally showed up to the counter and told me to have a seat. I waited another 5 minutes and walked out about 13 minutesafter my appointmentwas supposedto start. if you have an appointment at 1200, it should start at 1200 and don’t keep people waiting at the front desk for 15 minutes and tell them to have a seat! No apology at all!!! You do not deserve my money and I hope

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityHorrible, HORRIFYING experience! My massage with Jennifer was great. My facial with Gianni was terrifying. Literally! I’ve worked in the cosmetology industry for 8 years, had dozens of facials and never in my LIFE have I experienced a facial that made me feel THIS uncomfortable! I knew within the first 30 seconds of this “facial” that Gianni was not trained whatsoever. The amount of pressure he was using on my face made me feel unsafe. My first thought was “Oh my gosh. He’s going to bruise me!” Then when he pressed on my temples, I thought “a bit harder and he could collapse that bone.” He was breathing heavily and it was SO WEIRD. Then he moved to my neck where I finally said to myself “I need to get out of here!” The force he was using on my larynx made me feel like I was being choked! I got up abruptly and left the appointment. I was still shaking when I left. Sure enough, I went home and searched the Georgia Board of Cosmetology Website for his license and it turns out it doesn’t appear he has one! I even asked the salon afterwords to provide me his license number and they totally ignored and avoided my question. You NEED a license in GA to perform facials. I loved the quality of the products they use. But I didn’t have another option for a hair specialist. So I stayed w what they had because of the product. Positive: ProfessionalismIf I could give my stylist and the salon different reviews I would. Tessa was great loved my cut and color from her. When I left I scheduled my next service for the last Saturday of the month. The owner scheduled it for me. 6 weeks later I leave work on a Saturday to get to my appointment and find the salon locked and no one there. Called no answer. Sent a message on Facebook and they messaged back and said they are closed on the last Saturday of the month. When I questioned that they said they would look into it and get back with me on Tuesday when the salon opened. Didn’t hear anything from them come Tuesday morning and I ended up sending another Facebook message with my number and asked them to call me. They did and said that they tried to call me but my phone number didn’t work. They didn’t even have the correct phone number for me on file. Weird since I have had the same phone number for 14 years. Then apologized and said that it must have been a mistake made by their new front desk girl. Which would be a good excuse if I hadn’t known that the owner actually made my appointment. Needless to say they were going to have me wait another month before I could get my services done. I feel like there could have been more of an effort to make this right by the staff and the owners but sadly I am mistaken.UPDATE: within an hour of posting this the owner called apologized and got me in this week. So impressed that as soon as it was brought to the owners attention the situation was fixed. My husband booked a massage appointment that required a “deposit” and then when I showed up for my appointment the doors were locked. I tried to call and no answer. Sign on the door says open Saturdays from 0900-1600 and no indication anywhere that their hours changed.
