First time here today. Beautiful decor. I loved that you are asked to leave your shoes by the door. They have comfy slippers for you to put on. Bathroom was so clean too. My 90 min. Massage was so helpful. Jahphina, did a great job. Perfect pressure throughout. I added on the foot scrub. It was so relaxing with the hot towels. The room was cozy. I’ll definitely go back again.

My mom had her first massage ever yesterday and she LOVED IT! she couldn’t believe how much they did in an hour and how attentive they were. She got the Swedish Massage! From the moment we walk in, its amazing. They have these big comfy couches, they ask you if you want water, tea, or coffee, relaxing music. My mom had Shontelle and loved her. Definitely will go again.

I gave this place 5 stars one year ago, but now I am taking the time to add to my review. I’ve gotten more massages in my life than I could count, and now I’ve probably gotten more than a handful from Awakenings. Although they are all different, every single therapist I’ve seen here has been professional, attentive, and skilled. They listen to your needs and modify your session as necessary. I have major neck/shoulder issues, so (per my request) we will skip my arms or legs to make more time to work on what really needs it. They are incredibly accommodating with their schedule and their pricing is very reasonable. The downtown location is lovely: with gorgeous exposed beams in the ceiling! I am a big fan of this place. Thanks for being so great, Awakenings!

I like alot of pressure to be used during a massage to work my knots and she used the perfect pressure throughout. I followed it with a 30 minute “aromanap”. Wow, I have never felt so relaxed! I even overslept 30 extra minutes and when I walked out the receptionist said she knocked on the door but didn’t want to startle me which I thought was the sweetest thing! Shantoll is incredible! I’ve had chronic neck and back pain for almost two years, and literally came out my first massage feeling like I have a whole new body. She even gave me recommendations to manage my muscle tension between massages! The staff was so friendly and warm, the sauna is perfect. Highly recommended!

My partner and I recieved our first ever massage today at Awakenings and we were not disappointed. Jennifer and a male staff member treated us today, I think his name was Matthew but I’m sorry I can’t remember. All of the staff were very professional and very kind. The sauna was fantastic and I can’t recommend it enough. The rooms were beautiful and very relaxing to be in.
