I found Pamela at Awakening Nu Energy as a result of looking for a scalp massage. It was an amazing massage, and she has a very calming energy. A major draw to her is that she specializes in a variety of massages that are hard to find elsewhere. I would highly recommend her!

Awakening Nu Energy (Pamela) is amazing. I have had massages at various centers but I would rate this higher than all of them. The neuro muscular massage is really beneficial for not only relaxing but taking out knots aswell. She knows the sore spots and works on them well to clear it for you. I would recommend to start with 90 minutes as then there will be enough time to work on the entire body. Right from booking the appointment to after appointment follow-up everything was seamless. Her studio room is clean and very nicely setup aswell.

I’ve been getting massages for years, as well as studied at massage school, so I tend to be pretty picky about my therapists. I’ve had quite a few therapists over the years, but Pamela is so far the one I keep going back to. She’s very sweet and she is always in-tune with my body and where I need work. She’s taught me about neuromuscular massage and her massages are definitely incredible. By the end of the session I feel like she stripped every fibre of muscle on my body with intention and awareness. 60 minutes with her is just not enough. Not every therapist is going to be a perfect fit for every client out there, but I believe Pamela is worth giving a shot. I tend to roll my shoulders a lot, she always does releases on my upper back and neck. One time after a session I was walking around the grocery store and didn’t even realize how naturally my back and shoulders felt, I was in perfect posture and I felt so free, open, and amazing. Pamela is one of the few therapists I’ve found that manages to maintain presence throughout the entire session. I can’t recommend her enough!

I have been going to Pamela a few months now for massage therapy. I have fibromyalgia and also have really awful headaches. She is very knowledgable about the body and mind. Her massages really helped with the headaches and my body pain. She is the only masseusse that could give me relief in my shoulders. They were extremely tight but she worked on them until they loosened up and they have felt so much better!
