I went to go get my nails done by a girl named Amy. She was being very harsh and looking at her phone a lot and she ended up cutting my finger open with the nail filer, and almost every single cuticle is bleeding. It hurt so bad to the point where i was almost in tears. My nail beds are destroyed. Also pricing was not posted anywhere in the store. Coffin and Oval shaped nails are $10 extra, and length and designs are extra. I thought that was pretty expensive. My nails ended up looking good, but my fingers are in a lot of pain. (To my knowledge she did not throw away the filer she cut me with)

I had my nails done by junior, who is pleasant and always nice. I got gel manicure and all was good. I left and returned an hour later and explained to Amy (Owner) that the thumb on my left hand has withered, she looked at me rolled her eyes. I then sat at her table she asked “ what’s wrong with it, it’s not shiny enough?” In a real rude and condescending way. She ask me what the number was and I tell her not sure but I’ll find it. I’m looking in the backseat of where I found it earlier and Amy makes a comment I don’t know why you looking in there…….I responded because this is where I found it at. She finds the color and starts to polish my nail and I ask ask her are you going to use a base coat……….she responds while handling my hand a little too aggressively “ I know what I’m doing”. At this point she had used up all her free polite tokens. And I tell her she will not continue to be rude and condescending to a loyal customer at this point just fix my nail and be quiet!!!! Now she’s looking at me like I’m the bad guy!!!! Amy you are unnecessarily rude to everyone that walks in that door, but you weren’t talking to me so I didn’t put my dog in that fight! You should look into a customer service courses before you don’t have any left! I will miss junior but I will not be back!!!!

Amy at this salon is so rude it’s ridiculous! I wanted a regular manicure and underarm wax. My nails hadn’t been done in a while and there was very little acrylic left on a couple of nails because the others had broken off. There is a serious language barrier with Amy and I wanted to make sure she understood no more acrylic. In an effort to communicate with her she became irritated and started getting very loud, saying she “didn’t want to do my nails anymore” making a scene. I would of left, but it was the end of the day and didn’t have time to get to another salon. I let her finish, no tip.l will not be returning. I declined service for wax. I will not pay for

First time coming to this salon. Amy did my nails she was rude, I asked if I can try the color on my nails first before getting it done and she looked bothered. Second I asked if she can file my nails more she didn’t even say anything and ignored me I asked again and the way she was doing it it was painful, she sent me to sit over there so my nails get dry and said 10min she never came back to check if my nails were dry. If ever stop at this salon again I’ll definitely not get my nails done with her.

Kyesha was wonderful! She asked me what I wanted and was helpful by explaining the differences of certain styles. She was patient and kind. Most all she listened and didn’t nickel and dime me. Unfortunately this is the worst set of nails I’ve gotten. The first picture is what I asked for, ombre nails which as you can see what I got was a bad attempt at it, which is honestly an improvement from what it initially looked look. If I show you a picture and ask can you do this BE HONEST, if you can’t I’ll go somewhere else. At first they tried to blame it on the length which has nothing to do with it. You either can or can’t and you couldn’t so I just wasted my money. Yes they could have just took them off but I didn’t wanna stress my nails like that…. didn’t even wanna clean the residue from around my nails! So if I return it’ll only be for some basic one color nails.

I came to the shop for the 1st time to get a gel manicure my nails start breaking off in 2 days unfortunately I was out of at town and was not able to return to the store till I came back in 3 days and was told that I would have to pay for it again it was not even 2 days and I had 4 nails broke on one hand never did I ever experience breakage from gel nails like this.
