Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI “followed” Stephanie to Avon Hair Company and have been very happy there. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere with exceptionally friendly people. I just went in today after being out of CT since January because of the pandemic. I was impressed by their steps for keeping everybody safe…masks for all customers, mask and shield for hairdressers, waiting in car until hairdresser was ready, no paper contact in payment checkout. And of course, there is Stephanie. I didn’t let anybody touch my hair while I was away and although it had grown from a short to mid-length haircut, I was still receiving compliments on my hair 3 months after the cut. I “followed” Stephanie to Avon Hair Company and have been very happy there. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere with exceptionally friendly people. I just went in today after being out of CT since January because of the pandemic. I was impressed by their steps for keeping everybody safe…masks for all customers, mask and shield for hairdressers, waiting in car until hairdresser was ready, no paper contact in payment checkout. She does an excellent job listening to the ever changing direction I want to go with my style and color and delivers every time. The salon was super clean before COVID and they have implemented all the safety protocols necessary for their clients wellbeing. Both Erika and Terri at the front desk are super friendly and fun to talk with. I started going to Erika about a year and a half ago based on a friend’s recommendation. She does an excellent job listening to the ever changing direction I want to go with my style and color and delivers every time.
