Horrible! If you have a hair style that’s not simple forget about it, the skill set is not there. The cut was extremely quick and not done well at all. Left long hair where it should have been short and asked for ends cut off my long hair and it’s like I was speaking a language he didn’t understand. Also wanted a beard trimming and edge up and I’ll be redoing it. The price is way too high for such a quick and uncomfortable experience.

Bring your own masks! I did not get my hair cut when I went there. The website doesn’t advertise that patrons must wear a mask inside. The owner didn’t tell me I needed a mask when I talked to him on the phone. I showed up at his shop and the door had a sign stating masks are required. The owner came out with his mask on but wasn’t willing to give me one of his masks, so that I could give him my business. Maybe next time?

Not a fan of over priced haircut’s! Shame on me for not seeing the warning signs when he asked me what I consider a fade! The sad thing is the establishment looks really good, guess the barbers skills are only limited to a certain type of clientele. Won’t ever be coming back to this place of business.

Rick DeGrandis is the epitome of a professional barber. He maintains his tools and business area exquisitely. Nothing is ever out of place, the shop is swept free of hair dozens of times daily, and he gives each customer EXACTLY the haircut they ask for. The business has its own stand-alone parking and is easy to get to right off Route 10/Hopmeadow Street. And finally, he has a wide selection current magazines if you have a customer or two ahead of you.
