Critical: Quality, ValueOne of the guys messed up my whole hair!!! My hair is soooo uneven, I showed him a picture and he said he could do it. It’s horrible!! One of the guys messed up my whole hair!!! My hair is soooo uneven, I showed him a picture and he said he could do it. It’s horrible!! No one here really is good at communicating you come in and no one greets you or asks if you have any questions. Blythe S. made us wait over an hour for him to cancel the appointment without letting us know anything. My boyfriend had to go up and let him know he had an appointment with him and he was like oh I canceled it. Would of been nice if he could of let us know before starting on a different client that he needed to cancel the appointment instead of wasting our time.

So I brought in 3 of my son’s for haircuts. The girl who cut my son Dom’s hair did a fabulous job. There was a guy who cut my son Daniel’s hair who also did a great job. However when it came to Jonathan taking my son for his haircut he skipped us because he said he had an appointment which the guy who came in didn’t have an appointment with him he just didn’t want to do a child’s cut but he was like appointments come first & I’m like if you’re taking someone else’s appointment that’s like a walk in for you since it wasn’t your appointment. Plus his supposed appointment was even saying we were there first & he could wait. Jonathan still proceeded to take him first knowing what he was doing was wrong. We had been here like 20 min before that other walk in came in. Never will I ever want him to cut my child’s hair with a bad attitude like that. Then when I asked for the owner or manager’s number he shrugged his shoulders like he’s able to get away with treating people however he wants
