Sculptra treatments

Not professional at all. I was literally on my way to an appointment (an hour away from my home) and scheduled before Christmas. Then they called me with twelve different excuses why they couldn’t service me (as I was on my way!). The lady with a migraine called me… ummm if you have a migraine you’d be on your back in bed. I’ve had a few and I sure wouldn’t be calling clients. Then after I canceled a MONTH later they sent me a text for an appointment I NEVER MADE. Seriously??? The place looks nice in the pictures but the unprofessionalism, disorganization, and cheap Google phone service ran me off. I found a place that took me and was right on my way to ĀVIA that canceled. Modern Medical Spa. I was completely blown away by their professionalism and willingness to take me on short notice. It was SUCH a relief bc I was very freaked out by ĀVIA. I got amazing services and will definitely go there from now on. I’m totally disappointed in this company and even though it seems they offer great services, I can’t help but wonder if the positive reviews are fake and paid for, because my experience with them was INSANELY disastrous and disappointing.
