Worst experience ever!!! 4 different nail techs said that they see nothing wrong with my nails. I’m telling them what’s wrong and it’s obvious they don’t listen to the customers. I even asked for someone else to do my nails if the lady didn’t know what she was doing. I was told by the guy at the front desk o she does!! But evidently NOT!!! Y’all charge too much money to dismiss a customer’s complaint and make them feel like they are wrong when correcting you!! My total came up to $165 and the guy at the front only took $5 off! I have been getting my nails done for years and I walked out of there today feeling robbed!!! My nails are a complete mess!! But the sad part nobody that works there saw the issue!!! They all can’t be licensed nail techs!! But we shall see!!!

If I could give no stars I would. The nail tech made me bleed. When I brought it to his attention he got irritated. Worst coffin set I have ever seen. Then he made me pay 55 for making me bleed and the Worst coffin set other. I do not recommend. When I questioned the price both men were rude and unprofessional. Then said this was a $55 set. Mind you I normally get a pink and white ombre and pay 60. Worst place ever. Poor customer service. I will continue to give this place bad reviews

As of this moment, it looks like nothing is wrong at all. I have now visited this location three times. I will continue to be a devoted customer so long as the standard of care is maintained. Every single member of staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The assistance that is provided is outstanding. I never fail to have a wonderful time whenever I stop in at this salon. I came across this place around a quarter of a year ago. This is now my go-to product for nail care purposes. You won’t be sorry if you make an effort to communicate with Lina.

I’ve been pampered and it feels fantastic. I’m looking forward to catching up with my Avi cousins and aunts and uncles. Service that goes much above what is expected! Always arriving in a timely manner! Full set, which also includes the filing down of the toenails. My brows need to be waxed, so I’ll have to come back soon. We appreciate it, Alex.
