Nicole and the owner were transparent that I might not achieve what I’m looking for due to my hair texture.Couple of days later, I went ahead and got my first Perm ( I have semi-wavy long hair all the way to my butt ). Nicole was personable, and talented, she made me feel comfortable right away. I enjoyed our chat too!We did have a little mishap- my fault for not disclosing that my daily face regimen has Retinol… they all jumped in to help assist me. The ladies in this salon are wonderful! Love this place. Have been going to Hailey for years. My mom has been going to Eliza for years and my sister has been going to Sue for years (so the whole family!) they make you feel right at home and do a fantastic job every time. I moved to NC and still get Hailey to do my hair when I visit MD.
