Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI only went her because everyone says it a great place to go. So I got my nails did on Tuesday and by Thursday they were falling off , I’m ok it happens so I went back Thursday to get it replace so I am like I good. Well how about Saturday at work another one on the other hand fell off by this time I am like never again. I only went her because everyone says it a great place to go. So I got my nails did on Tuesday and by Thursday they were falling off , I’m ok it happens so I went back Thursday to get it replace so I am like I good. Staff was friendly. Storspace needs updating, they have fish tanks at back of store that are green. Why do they need them anyway. Tools used for mani/pedis are not sterilized properly. Worker taking care of me put warm towel on my feet that was too hot, thought it would have a burn mark.

If you like mink lashes & don’t mind paying a little extra fir a more natural look this is where to go. I don’t like the ” caterpillar ” look nor the half closed eyes. The mink which are individuals work best for me & she does a great job.

This was the worst experience of my life. I would have given 0 stars but good wouldn’t let me. First I asked for Stilleto nails but receive square nails , the male technician was so rough he cut my finger while filling my nails and when I pulled back he assured me he wouldn’t do it again and he was sorry, like a complete idiot I trust him and he started filing pretty hard again and repeated the same thing. This point i snatch back and said no more but he was done. So he told me to wash my hands I was disappointed by what he had done and it was all over my face he said sorry again . The outcome of my nails were very disappointing they looked like amateurs work and definitely not worth a penny. The salon itself had bugs and was dirty. I will NEVER EVER EVER return to this Salon. It was HORRIBLE

Giving a 1 star rating because I cannot give anything lower. This was the worst mani/pedi experience my daughter and I have ever had. The men there were rough with trimming and filing. They provided poor quality nail painting and seemed to care less. We both had our nails French manicured and it looks like a child did the work. Will not be returning.
