She listened to what I needed an executed it perfectly! She was quick, efficient and ensured my satisfaction. I’m a licensed barber and it was so great to be treated with the same care as I give to my clients. After searching for a new nail tech, I found her today! Annie did an amazing job on my nails after a poor job at a previous salon. She listened to what I needed an executed it perfectly! She was quick, efficient and ensured my satisfaction. I’m a licensed barber and it was so great to be treated with the same care as I give to my clients. I’ll definitely be booking with her in the future.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityWent here for the first time and was very disappointed. The location was unclean the staff was unprofessional. I entered the location was hit with a very strong chemical smell, the space was not ventilated properly, I almost turned around and wished I did. There were so many fruit flies in the space that I had to interrupt my technician to swat them away.Additionally the staff were really unprofessional and not customer friendly. They didn’t speak to me other than a hello and what color would you like. Masks were not worn by 2 employees during my visit and one employee helped herself to a pedicure while I was there. Walking around with her shoes off and removing the calluses from her feet.My dip nail service didn’t turn out great either, the surface of the nails were uneven and dimpled. Went here for the first time and was very disappointed. The location was unclean the staff was unprofessional. I entered the location was hit with a very strong chemical smell, the space was not ventilated properly, I almost turned around and wished I did. They were overly rough with handling my hands and nails and a couple even started bleeding. They completely ignored me but continued to talk back and forth with their co-workers. They didn’t even glue on the nails all the way and were rushing the whole process. My nails ended up different sizes and shapes and when I asked them to fix it, they just laughed and said they didn’t notice anything. Very rude. Got full set acrylics and they didn’t even clean my cuticles, which they said cost extra. They were overly rough with handling my hands and nails and a couple even started bleeding.
