I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and never had any issues. Yesterday I paid $80 for a full set and a polish change on toes. The lady I had did a good job but There were minor things that were wrong that I didn’t initially notice before leaving. I called back today (less than 24hrs) to see about getting them corrected (polish change) and was told that I needed to pay for a whole new set because they can’t just remove polish, they would have to start all over…just for a polish change. I don’t understand. Should be more accommodating to customer satisfaction
