I do not recommend going to Karen if you have longer hair. I asked for fresh ends and for her to add in some long layers and I walked out with a mess (see attached photo). I immediately made an appointment at a different salon ASAP to fix it.

This was such a refreshingly good experience. I was able to get a last minute appointment for a haircut with Amy. She was so nice, did a fantastic job on my hair, and made me feel beautiful. At other salons I often leave feeling horrible about myself because the stylist criticized my hair (which I’m really sensitive about) or pushed products at me. This salon was an awesome find!

My buddy got her hair done today and it looks really nice. The woman curing her hair noticed that her hair wasn’t cut very well BC where she went last didn’t do to well. I came to this salon looking for a fresh cut and color. The color was darker than what I was expecting. The stylist advised to wait for a few washes. The color was far too dark and the next day I called the salon to see what my options were. Their response was to wash my hair in DAWN dish soap. If that didn’t work, give them a call back. I paid for a professional color and this is what they had to offer? I went to another salon to have it corrected and needless to say, I will not be returning.

Person that cut my hair cut more than double she was supposed to cut off the length. Told her how much i dislike short hair and I that I needed to put my hair up for work before she started. Took about 5 minutes to get passed what she did. Left with a terrible hair cut. Owner won’t refund my money. Apparently I hurt the stylist feelings. Didn’t yell at her, swear, or cry. Then the owner started to belittle me over the phone and say nasty things about me as a person. Never met her before. And all because I got a terrible hair cut. They can keep the $20 bucks, I’ll keep my integrity.
