Miranda my hairstylist was very relaxed, friendly, fun to talk with and very professional with her service. She was interested in my needs as far as how I wanted my hair to look. She took time to look at my pictures that I had for referencing my style and she was very confident in her ability to accomplish it. She made me feel comfortable in her ability to cut my hair and she used great hair products that made the finished style amazing! I was delighted to schedule my next appointment with her. This salon is beautiful and the other stylists were friendly and seemed to help each other. The entire experience was enjoyable and professional. There was plenty of parking and it was easy to get in and out of the parking lot. I was very satisfied and look forward to going back.

First, what a beautiful Salon. From the minute you walk in, you are greeted warmly, offered a beverage and asked to take a seat while waiting for your stylist. The salon is really stylishly designed with spacious stations, lots of white and chrome giving it a very bright and airy feel. My stylist was Nicholle, a very friendly woman who spent time listening to what I wanted done. What a great experience. Nicholle is fantastic, I loved my haircut and my experience. My elderly mother also loved my haircut, and as she was looking for a new hairdresser she had me make her an appointment. Little did I know that when you as a client bring a new “client” you get rewarded! Yeah! Love this place. My mum also loves this place. We both highly recommend. I also want to add, when I made my appointment they sent a text to confirm as well as a telephone call a day prior to my appointment. All very professional. Price is comparable to other high end salons.

I have been going to this salon for 9 years, since I was 14 years old. I had seen Taylor who was a fantastic stylist. Unfortunately she left last year so I had to get a new stylist. I decided to stay with the salon and see someone new. Last time i got my hair done I was extremely satisfied with the service I got. When I went in today I asked if maybe I could get some more blonde as I had some dark spots underneath, Lolly said she had no problem doing that so i thought great this is going to look so good. When she went to blow dry my hair she had left so much soap it made my hair crusty so she washed it, twice. She said that I might get a little wet as she had to really get in the back of my head to get the product out, but i walked out with a completely soaked back. before she started drying i had some concerns that my hair was purple and she said it would fade when it dried, but it didn’t. i tried to speak to the store owner about my concerns and how I was not happy about my service and she said that they did what I asked and I was told to find a new salon. I was gaslight by the owner and my feelings were completely dismissed. I am extremely disappointed with them as I have been a very loyal client who has brought in plenary of business for them and always recommend them. Never again.

This was my first time to this salon, since I just moved into town. I was very impressed with the level of care I received from the stylist, Ashley. It had been awhile since I had gotten my hair done, because of the move and all, so my hair was very dry and my color desperately needed to be done. Ashley helped my hair match the color I was used to and give it nutrition, and glaze for luxurious looking and feeling hair. Thank you Ashley for all your time and attention. I will be back.

This was my first time at Avenue, I have short hair and it is not always easy to find someone who can cut short hair and make it look good and not frumpy. Kristen cut and colored my hair and I am very happy with both the cut and color. She took the time to listen to me and i have a really bad collick on the back of my head and my new cut makes it easy to hide. I just did it for the first time myself and it was easy to style and looks great. I’ve scheduled my next appt. The salon was clean and very impressive. Front desk staff were pleasant. Cost was comparable to other places I have been.
