Chris has been my hairdresser for a long time. I followed him to this location from his previous location in Westchester. I trust that he will cut and dye my hair perfectly. He knows my hair, my taste and makes me feel good every time. He can advise but not decide for you. He is reliable, appointment on time, he is patient and kind. Both being also from Europe, I also enjoy our discussions over various events here and there. It’s like visiting a friend who is also doing my hair The salon is well kept, people are friendly, down to earth.

Mel did an absolutely stellar job on my hair. I’m British and was visiting LA for the first time. I wanted a drastic change from my super-long, black hair. These folks are epically incompetent. Mediocre haircuts, at best. I made an appointment on a Saturday for my lunch hour the following Tuesday. The girl I was scheduled with just plain out didn’t show up. Nobody called me. No contact at all. Whomever “manages” this outfit is not fluent in the language of customer service, and in this type of business, that’s 100% unacceptable.
