I’ve been going here for years and until recently didn’t know that they took appointments. A few months ago I was waiting and someone showed up that had an appointment so he got to jump the line. No big deal. Fast forward to today where I had an appointment and was in the shop when they took another person without an appointment ahead of me and bumped my time. I had a busy schedule and couldn’t wait so here I am without a haircut and an important meeting tomorrow. I’m left wondering what the point of taking appointments is… Even though Steve gives a good haircut I don’t think I’ll be back.

Completely wasted my time. They allowed me to make a reservation online even specifying their cancellation policy and who my stylist would be. I showed up and they claimed they dont take appointments. If this is the case, why even allow new customers the option? It’s just a waste of their time!
