I am getting married today and yesterday I went through torture having gotten my nails done and not liking them, driving around Aventura trying to find another nail salon. I saw this nail salon from the street after stopping at more than 5 that couldn’t help me, they welcomed me with open arms. God wanted me to make it here because my nails are perfect and I couldn’t be more happy and relieved. Thank you so much for delivering exactly what I asked for with patience, care, and so much consideration.

When I called she said it will be 45 dollars for gel manicure and a regular pedicure and then when I payed she took 57 dollars and said it was only if I had payed cash but never mentioned it was cash only. I used to go here a few years ago when they were changing ownership or under new management (precovid days) and it was great. I was recently in the area a had a dip powder done and it was rushed and uneven. It wasn’t worth the price. I didnt make a fuss but it really didn’t look good at all. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueIf I could give one star, I would. Linda, the manager/owner is very unprofessional and has horrible customer service. This place lacks organization and is upside down.BRING YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.Linda the manager and owner does not allow anyone else to do nails except her, she belittles and degrades her employees abilities to do anything and is the only person that apparently can do acrylic and designs.Last Monday, I had an appt @2 pm. I called ahead because Linda is ALWAYS running late and I do not want to sit there waiting when I can wait till she’s ready for me. Another employee stated Linda, the MANAGER/OWNER did not show up to work and doesn’t know where she is. I understand emergencies happen but No one called me to state that, so I could have went somewhere else because I was leaving on vacation. I went with the employee who Linda won’t allow to do any acrylics because I was desperate and no one else would take me at nearly 3 pm. The employee did an okay job. I then get a call at nearly 6 pm from Linda herself asking when I would like to reschedule for another day.I have never had my nails break so much (and I have naturally long nails that I use acrylic overlay) and TWO nails broke within 5 days. I went to the business yesterday around 6 pm when I arrived home from vacation to get them fixed and neither Linda or the lady who previously did my nails would fix them because they were “tired and would like to go home” and told me I can go somewhere else that’s open until 8 pm.I am a good customer, always on time, tip well, and Linda has no decency for the people who pay her and her employees bills. She didn’t call me to reschedule my appointment and to state she had an emergency and then would not try to fix my broken nail from an employee who evidently can’t do nails.The prices change per customer. Linda lies to customers saying that she only accepts cash just so the customers can pay cash instead or card. Linda overbooks customers and cannot fulfill their needs, instead of simply saying she does not have time or gives a more accurate time. I have been very patient and I always try to give the benefit or the doubt but this business is sooo unprofessional. Every single time I have an appointment, I wait nearly an hour after my appointment time because Linda overbooks. She hires people who aren’t even licensed to do anything except pedicures… a monkey can do a pedicure. How do you have 3 employees beside yourself and you’re the only one who can do nails? I have seen numerous customers walk out because they do not have time to be serviced (or they have only done one service and was waiting for the rest) considering she is never on time, overbooks, and does not give accurate times.Please take your business to people who actually care about their customers and employees.Services: Acrylic nails, Pedicure, Gel manicuresIf I could give one star, I would. Honestly every time I come here Linda does the most beautiful work on my nails. I like fun designs and bright colors and I always leave with my nails looking flawless. I highly recommend aventura nails if youre looking for a good place to get a set. There other nail salons in north miami dont even come close. Linda is also super funny and she’s nice to talk to

Critical: QualityThe woman who did my eyebrows had no idea how to do eyebrows. She left the wax tape over my eyebrows for an extended period of time and told me to remove them myself. She removed a patch of hair from my left eyebrow which now look as though I have a hole. The owner, Linda, said I should have waited for her even though she hired this woman and should have checked her credentials. Cheap place charged me $1 for a mask when they’re not even mandatory in this state. How are you going to make your customers pay for a mask when I’m paying for a service. The work was also bad my nails are uneven.
