Booked an appt. Had to cancel and re-book for the next day; when I arrived they had no appt for me nor was there a massage therapist present. They had marked me as a no-show for the previous day. Additionally they are located with an OB/GYN group so lots of screaming, crying children wandering around…not an optimal place for relaxation.

Never really gave this place a second glance. Not sure if things have changed but there was never anyone at the front desk. I always had questions but I can’t ask them if no one was there. I like to talk to people in person rather over the phone.
