The day of the wedding two ladies came to do makeup and they were wonderful. However, the whole time they were there for an appointment that was scheduled months ago they were bombarded with phone calls stating they needed to be back asap for appointments that she continued to schedule for them at the salon knowing that they were providing a service for a wedding. Just wasn’t very impressed as the ladies then felt like they needed to rush through the service.

I called the salon several times over the course of two days to book a nail appointment but no one ever answered. As a result, I made an appointment online (you are required to prepay) to have my SNS nails removed and to have a shellac manicure. When I showed up for the appointment they told me they could not remove SNS and that I should have seen that on their website and due to their 24 hour cancellation policy they would not refund my money. I assume they are correct and that this information is on the website but I failed to study their website before booking my appointment online. The manager was not one bit apologetic. She basically said I should have seen it on the website and did not offer any remedy. If they answered the phone ever that would be helpful to avoid the confusion.

Catherine made me feel so comfortable and asked all the right questions. Loved the relaxing aromatherapy and massage before the haircut ! Wow. If you want a curly hair cut, do not go here. I specifically asked the secretary if they had a stylist who does dry/curly cuts and she scheduled me right away. When I came in the first thing the stylist did was start brushing my hair. I said I have gotten a dry cut for the last 7 years and thats what I wanted. She convinced me otherwise and I could tell she was uncomfortable with doing a dry cut, so I let her do it her way.

They need to fix their website. I went through their whole lengthy process of creating an account, making an appointment for their overpriced services (to be fair, everything in Telluride is overpriced), going to checkout my cart, entering my payment info. (Yes, you also have to pay in advance for their services before they are rendered.) When I arrived they claimed to have never received my appointment and said they were fully booked.

My husband and I’s spa day here was top notch! I received an amazing deep tissue massage and the facial also included massage, which was very relaxing. The location is right off the gondola in town so super easy for my husband and I to get to from Mountain Village. Staff was also super friendly and accommodating.

I had the most amazing experience ever here. From the moment we walked in the door, everything was so great – the people, the ambiance. My massage was perfection. My muscles were sore from skiing and I felt like I walked out of the spa completely healed. The location right by the gondola is the best. I will definitely be coming back here every time I am visiting Telluride.
