I showed her a picture of what I liked but asked for her recommendation on what would best suit me and she gave me the perfect cut. Vanessa did my hair earlier tonight and absolutely nailed it!! I showed her a picture of what I liked but asked for her recommendation on what would best suit me and she gave me the perfect cut. Critical: ProfessionalismI scheduled an appointment weeks in advance for this Friday right before my senior pictures. They called me two days before my appointment and canceled due to their scheduling error. Instead of making it work, they just canceled my appointment. I have been going to different Aveda salons around the valley and have never dealt with a salon that did not prioritize their customers. The hair dresser wouldn’t even make it work. I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance for this Friday right before my senior pictures. They called me two days before my appointment and canceled due to their scheduling error.
