“ Mike” was unbelievably RUDE and has no enthusiasm to do any work. I had worst experience at my baby shower. I booked hair styling appointment. When I went there and showed him picture of style that I wanted, he said abruptly, “I can only blow dry and curl. Nothing more than that. “ I did try to talk to him. That I booked for my Baby shower but he was adamant n refusing to do anything more ;than curl. I eventually agreed since it was last minute for me. Throughout service, he had his “ facial expressions as uninterested and non enthusiastic to talk to anyone or even congratulate them. In the end, I was disappointed by even curl quality and asked him to curl properly. He refused by saying ,” your hair does not hold any curl” . I showed him my own picture when I curled my hair myself for a party just a week ago and curls were holding really well. His reply was again,” that’s the best I can do.” I got up from chair saying,” I will curl at home and fix it myself” to which he replied,” SURE”. And walked away. I went to pay and turns out he added extra charge. I refused to pay extra than $60 since I was already unhappy. Management was made aware but they made no apology for Mike rude appointment experience other than Attaching a photo for reader to review!!!!!

I walked in for my first appointment with Nikki Roberts with big plans. I was planning to cut about 9 inches off and go with a short style for summer. The front staff were great and Nikki’s assistant was wonderful. Nikki had my hair cut within an hour and it’s the best haircut I’ve ever had. The. Best. Haircut. I’ve been back again for highlights and a trim and once again, an amazing experience with Nikki. I love my hair, other people love my hair, my teen sons love my hair. If you’re looking for a new salon and a new stylist, definitely give Pure Concepts a try. If you can schedule with Nikki, even better!!

The whole appointment was rushed from start to finish. 15 minutes to wash, dry and curl my hair. She used a flat iron to curl my hair but it didn’t result in any curls, i asked if she could use a curling iron instead maybe for more volume but i still had sections of hair that wasn’t curled, it was poker straight. It was my fault for not asking her to fix it but by that point I was beyond frustrated and then I saw the bill. $50…I paid $50 for something I had to go home and fix. Also, there was still hair on the floor at her station from her previous clients. Absolutely wonderful experience! Allison did exactly what I asked. My hair was pretty damaged and goofy looking before my appointment. She did a highlight, low light, cut and style. I showed her a picture and she did a very detailed consultation with me, verifying what shades I want and how I like to style my hair. I am very pleased, and I am a picky person. Reasonable prices too.

Aveda has been a great place for hair cut and stylists, profesional stylist take care of my daughter’s hair, however I’m disappointed at how with the new safety protocols they have decreased the level of service ( they do not blow dry or style your hair ) and have added a sanitizing fee that they apply to you as a costumer, result ? Less service and increased price!
