I had an appointment for 2pm today and received a call at 1000 asking me to move it to another day. I had thanksgiving photos planned so I let the young lady know that would not work. She asked me to come in as early as I could and I told her 1130. I arrived at 1138 and she took me back for a haircut. She was very friendly and never stated that she was in training. I have short hair and it’s never a good idea to practice on someone without their consent. When the hair cut was over I looked in the mirror and noticed it looked very choppy. I asked her for a mirror to see the back and she said she didn’t have one(?). She ended up finding a mirror and the back was worse than the front. She stated she was in training and I could come back the next week to get it fixed….waiting a whole week over a holiday weekend is unacceptable. She ended up calling a master stylist in to work that I waited over an additional hour for.

Diana did a excellent job styling and dying my wife’s hair. We have used her twice and so far she has gone above and beyond for my wife. Great customer service. I called for appt as suggested on Groupon. Got there at 10am was told after 15 mins waiting that tech wasnt there and i wasnt on schedule. Went back 2 hours later… pedi was great, manicure was sloppy. Tech used qtips to cleanup edges and barely trimmed cuticles.

I arrived at 11am Feb 17th to a sign on the door that was hand written in highlighter yellow and pink, taped to the door that read We will be right back at 12:00. I couldn’t read the sign from my car, even though I parked right in front, because it was written in yellow. I had to get out the car to read it. I’m not sure if there was an emergency or they are so understaffed that they couldn’t have called another employee to cover for the person who left but I was really disappointed. Prior to deciding to frequent this establishment, I used to be a regular customer when they were located inside North Star Mall. I recived 3 text offers on eyebrow threading that lists the operating hours.They open at 10am. I called around 12:30 and explained the sign on the door and there was no apology or explanation. I wanted to get my eyebrow done for my birthday but It’s a good thing I called because now I know that the two eyebrow techs that used to work there, never returned after Covid first began 2 years ago. When I asked who does eyebrows now, they only have one person.

Extremely unprofessional, they have only ONE person on the floor & it’s really not worth the time.Had someone mess up my eyebrows 5 weeks ago, told me I didn’t need to tip for the service & still paid.
