Critical: ProfessionalismThe stylist Chloe Hsieh is unprofessional and uncommunicative. She cancels at her convenience with excuses. She never called me regarding my appointment on New Years Eve to cancel. She had the reception cancel 2 days before then said she do it and again cancelled Dec. 30th at 5 pm. She made excuses. She does not blow dry hair after a color and sends you home with wet hair. She rushes and is argumentative. The owner was very rude and tried to charge me an hourly rate of 100.00 to come to the salon. If you’re looking for a friendly atmosphere and a place where the staff cares about their customers this is not the place. Again, Chloe and the owners cancelled the day before my New Years appointment and hung up the phone on me. They are not dependable especially is your have an important event coming up. I recommend finding a place with an experienced stylist who has good customer service skills and cares about their client’s needs. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy stylist, Sky did an incredible job. One of the best haircuts I have received. I have thick curly hair and have never attempted to get it cleaned up when growing it out, but Skylar changed that and crushed it!!! Highly recommend this salon.

I’ve been using Aveda product for years. I got a wonderful relaxing hair treatment by Aamanda. My hair has been so dry lately, you’re in and out in no time and I felt relaxed and pampered. Now that I know that they sell my favorite products and offer a variety of services I’m going to come here more often. This is very clean salon with nice atmosphere and super helpful staff. I’m new to the area and I stumbled upon this gem after buying groceries. I’ve only been to Aveda Salons in the east coast. I’ve been using Aveda product for years. I got a wonderful relaxing hair treatment by Aamanda. My hair has been so dry lately, you’re in and out in no time and I felt relaxed and pampered. Now that I know that they sell my favorite products and offer a variety of services I’m going to come here more often. This is very clean salon with nice atmosphere and super helpful staff.
