They do a spectacular job, I loved my nails. Dan is a true artist. I showed him a picture of how I wanted my nails and he only saw it once and made them exact. Marie is excellent too. She did my pedicure and the foot massages really relaxed me.

Critical: QualityFirst, let me say that prior to this experience, I have loved Ave Nails. There are many good techs there. I unfortunately did not have a great experience today.I have been getting dip nails for many years and this was by far the worst experience yet. The nail tech didn’t fully remove the previous dip that I had on. Instead she used a tool to pry between my nail and the remaining solidified dip which shredded my natural nail. Next she loaded on the powder to make a lumpy mess. When she went to sand them down, my natural nail was exposed and instead of fixing the problem, she found a paint color to match and painted over the dip. I explained to her that I would rather have another round of dip instead because I know the paint will chip and I will have to come back sooner. She insisted and continued to paint them.
