I love my hair! The ladies at the salon were so professional and skillful. And it was reasonably priced. They took time to make sure I also felt comfortable. My hair looked better than the photos I showed as inspiration. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I highly recommend this salon. Braids

Do not visit this location because they are very unprofessional and tacky. I arrived to this location after calling them and being informed they could perform box braids. When I arrived to the location before sitting down I was asked if I wanted my hair washed in which I replied I did want this service before my hair was braided. This simple request promoted one of the braiders to instruct me to walk over to another salon in the same shopping center pay them five bucks and allow them to wash my hair and return back to the salon to get my hair done. I simply agreed to this instruction walked back to my car and never looked back and went home. This salon had several empty shampoo bowls and I am not sure why I was instructed to go to another salon but that’s way too much for me. This was right in the middle of the winter the temperatures were very frigid and I was not going to risk getting the flu by going in and out of multiple salons where they should have been able to perform all of these tasks in one setting. I am not sure why I was informed to come to the salon when they could not provide the full service and wanted to start transferring different aspects of the service to others in other locations. I am sure other people agreed to this in the past that’s why they felt so comfortable saying this but not me. I took my business else where and got my braids done the following day at another location that could perform the service in one location and salon in one setting!! Beware this location was cramped and very small and when I walked in several people were just staring and looking at me when I walked in it was very uncomfortable. I couldn’t believe they really wanted me to be walking back and forth between salons to get one full experience but that’s a negative!

I walked in and was greeted with angry stares. No one asked what I needed. I asked if I could get my sons haircut. Some random lady said it was a few stores down. Needless to say the staff is very ignorant and rude. I took my business elsewhere. I recommend not wasting your time. Very unprofessional and rude.

They talk smack about you in french, they’re more interested in their own conversations before finishing anybody else’s hair AND half the time the results are complete bull. They talk smack about you in french, they’re more interested in their own conversations before finishing anybody else’s hair AND half the time the results are complete bull. Just a bad experience all in all, and they dont listen to what the client has to say, at any age.

Horrible, bulky natural braids that’s no good for any event. They set an appointment and the girl did not show up. Another girl quickly botched up my daughter’s hair in order to make her own upcoming appointment/client. Worse client experience ever.
