Two hrs later…..I’ve never been so embarrassed.. ..left with a mass amount of nail polish all over my fingers, when I told the gal that most of it wouldn’t wash off she told me don’t worry it will come off in a day or two in the shower that it was just stain. I almost started crying and started looking around for someone else to look at my nails. She did proceed to clean a good portion of it off after I told her I’ve never had this problem before. I’m still left with a job that looks worse than doing my own nails.

If I could give this no stars I would. You couldn’t pay ME to go back. For starters, the pedicure, skip it. They will not remove your calluses, the “massage” is getting your shins wacked 3 times. My gel polish is chipped after 2 days, it’s not clean around the cuticle, it’s not evenly painted either. Now for the manicure, my nails are not straight, they are not evenly shaped nor the same length, there is gunk under the paint, it is not clean around the cuticles as well. I am upset that I paid for these services and I am even more annoyed that I tipped. I could have done a better job at home.

Stopped by this salon because of the positive reviews and was immediately taken aback by the atmosphere. It is honestly quite dirty and outdated and was not relaxing. I looked past this hoping that the service and the quality would explain all the positive reviews, but I’m sad to say that after 5 days my gel manicure has chipped on 3 nails. My pedicure also has smudges dried into the polish. I definitely won’t be coming back.

I went with a friend who is a regular, I hadn’t been in there in about a yr. Getting a pedi is a big treat. Well we sat and they came sat and they started on my friend. I waited and waited , the lady who did mine stuck her head out a few times while they did my friends legs rubbing her legs and feet for about 20 min. Then when Finely did mine she paused to talk on her phone and funny how our pedis were done at same time and my feet looked horrible. I told her one foot was bad with dry skin and it was still horrible when I left. I was treated less then as I’m nit a regular and got bad service. Never again. Was of 70 bucks plus 15 dollars in a tip which I shouldn’t have given .

Took my daughter to get nails for homecoming. I was sitting waiting and husband came in to make sure webhad enough. The two ladies in the back said why the black man here and the taller one stood up and started swinging her arms like she was fighting next thing you know we have an audience of workers coming out of the back staring at my husband. We will never GI back and also have never been so embarrassed.

Very helpful, gave me a few options about keeping my natural nail length. They reassured the design I wanted for my nails would come out good, gave me lots of color combinations that would work with what I wanted. They were also super patient with me when I was picking out what design I wanted. I’m leaving this place happier than I did the last time I came in here!

This place dosen’t deserve one start. I got my nails done and when I was telling the lady who did my nails she was burring my finnail she got upset and then after me complaining she keep on pulling my fingers.

I came here with high expectations because of the pictures I’ve seen from the spa itself and their customers, but I was really disappointed with how my matte acrylics turned out. Trust me, I mentioned what I didn’t like to my nail tech but not much was done to fix it to my liking….I recommend Sunrise Nails or South Hill Nails if you’re looking for better results.
