His approach was so laid back and he knew exactly what I was trying to explain without bringing pictures. My hair was so silky and the color turned out exactly how I imagined. Had a Groupon – first mistake. Was rescheduled 3 times. If I didn’t contact them, appt wasn’t going to happen. I was accommodating when circumstances arose but four weeks of being put off when I really needed my hair done? When you cancel on a customer, make them first priority to reschedule.
