Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to get my hair trimmed and thinned by Mindy. I needed my eyebrows waxed as well so I asked her if she did eyebrows to which she confidently replied “yes ma’am!” Well.. I barely have a left eyebrow left and they are completely uneven. It’s a nightmare. She tried to argue with me when I confronted her saying “it was your line they had for you.” If it was, why is one eyebrow nearly gone and the other okay? Also, my eyebrows weren’t meant to be as thin as a pencil mark.. that’s common knowledge. She only apologized after I texted her later after I left. Never took blame. I do not recommend.
