Today, June 8th I came in here for a gel pedicure. I asked for a simple design on my toes to match my manicure which I had done elsewhere because I was traveling. The design was a basic line design and the person who tried to do the design was the manager. She tried once, drew the lines and I told her it was sloppy because it was smudged and I didn’t like it. Instead of trying again or giving me other options or showing me any design she could do she just got up and left and didn’t bother. Another lady came and said she couldn’t do the design either because the one who tried first was the manager, and if the manager couldn’t do it then she couldn’t either. For a manager she was incredibly rude. My birthday is coming up and all I wanted and asked for was a simple line design on my toe. If I wanted to pay $60 for a simple gel pedicure I would have gone elsewhere. This was terrible service especially coming from a manager. I always spend good money in this salon both on my hands and feet. And the one time I wanted a design on my toes for my birthday she just gave an attitude and walked away. I’ve seen far more intricate designs on their website but a simple line design was too hard? Terrible service, and overpriced for what they offer.

I came in for photo shoot nails. I was never greeted hello or with great customer service. They charge for everything little thing. I cried leaving here. I now have to visit another nail shop to fix this disaster. My nail tech had no patience and was very rude. I didn’t like the rushed design she gave me and was charged for an even sloppier job. I’ll never come back here. I paid and she walked away with out even giving a Receipt. If you want quality nails and customer service done come here !! $123 for this is sad.

Really nice salon. Nikki was really sweet and gave me the best gel manicure. Dollar took care of my feet. Didn’t love it so much very amateur. Pics was right out the door. Will definitely be back to see Nikki. I just didn’t feel like fighting today.

I’ve been coming regularly for a couple years now. They always do a good job, even if they’re busy! Clean, well lit, calming music. Other places I’ve gone were dirty and the nail techs were much more aggressive taking off old nails. Here I never worry about getting hurt or getting an infection!

My sister and I decided to try something new today and we found this place close by. The vibe here is so peaceful and the workers here are so nice. They were so attentive to us and took really good care of us. They made my niece smile and she literally couldn’t stop asking us to come back. It was a little pricey but it was worth every dollar. We definitely will be coming back. Thanks Ivyy and Cindy!!!

Went yesterday for a pedi and mani. Wasn’t satisfied with the pedi… tech messed up polish on one tail but thy main issue was the poor pedicure overall. She left too many raggedy areas around my toes. Well instead of fixing the main issue, someone comes and removes all the polish on my toes and reapplied new polish. The nail to all my toes was not my main concern. I never asked to have all my toes repolished. Then the girl that did my manicure left my hand ashy looking from the acetone soaks. She didn’t offer lotion or anything. And they normally offer a massage. I think this will be my last visit.

Ivy was amazing! Went today to get acrylic nails from 0 after months of having weak mails. She nailed it from the begining, leaving my nails awesome, with the shape, lenght and color I wanted and was super fast! Have been going to this place for over 6 months and will keep coming. Gel manicures

I’ve been going to Avanti since our family moved to Dacula in 2018. At the beginning, the service was great. I got to know many of the nail techs including Liz, Wind, Ivy, and the owner, Kasey. The nail techs are always so sweet, but now that I’m a “regular client,” I constantly get the response from the owner that they don’t have time without even giving an estimate of how long the wait will be (mind you, I ALWAYS tip over 20% of the cost, if not more). Sadly, I will no longer be spending my money here, as the business owner clearly doesn’t recognize the clients that keep her business open.

I visit this nail salon every three weeks and I have rarely been disappointed with the outcome of my services. In the few instances in which I was disappointed, they corrected my issue at no charge.
