Ashley is awesome! I have thick hair and like a super short angled bob that’s stacked in the back. I have had several stylists wreck my hair in the past few years since I moved away from my Pensacola hair magician. I’ve been told my cut is a bit complicated. Not so for Ashley. I have booked my next appointment and showed up on that day. But somehow they booked me for two years later. Seriously! I called them last week to confirm the appointment since I didn’t receive any notifications, they confirmed my appointment on Tuesday which is today. I arranged my time and everything to make the appointment but now I have to figure out how I am gonna make the next one. They know how to charge your credit card if you don’t show up at the appointment even for sickness or death. How are you gonna fix this inconvenience? I need to charge you for my time. Why do you even have few girls at the reception if they can’t even book correctly. Let the hairdresser book their own schedule like the other salons with less confusion and conflicts. The management is definitely sucks!

Andrea L. is a Godsend! I came in because I had the worst tangles in my hair that anyone had ever seen and I thought we were going to have to cut them out. For 3 hours, she patiently combed them out (with Brittney’s help between her clients). She then shampooed, dried and styled it. I Could not have been happier with her work! My entire family has been going here so long I use to get my haircut in their first location by the bowling alley. Not going back. Received two bad cuts in a row. Quality has dropped. Don’t mind paying a higher price for a good cut but it really stings to pay that much money for a bad haircut. Haircut

I went in for a consult this evening with Diane. The front desk staff was excellent, but unfortunately my consult was not. I was excited to book with her because I read good reviews and she was the senior stylist. Anyways, I went in she asked me what I wanted and I showed her a picture and she said we can’t do that. she explained that my hair was too dark and that my hair might pull orange and yellow, which is understandable. I showed her another picture and she said can’t do that either and just stared at me so I was like, “okay what can I do?” I was more than willing to start the slow process to get the achieved results. I have dark brown hair and I wanted to work my way to a blonde balayage. I was literally so confused because I never had someone just flat out say they can’t do something. They at least offer suggestions or tell me what I can do. So I asked well what can I do and she said “maybe, some highlight. Your hair is really dry.” She then asked if she could cut some hair for a strand test and said she would call me tomorrow. Honestly, I just left there confused, embarrassed, and feeling like she didn’t want to really help me or for me to be her future client. The most heinous experience. I will not be going back.

I’m really disappointed. The pictures actually make the haircut look better then it is. I was asked if I though my hair was blended enough we she was done. After I got home and brushed it it’s really messed up. Extremely uneven looks like chunks missing on top and parts that look like they weren’t blended or tapered at all. If she had to ask if it were blended then she must have known it was wrong. Leaving for Christmas vacation Saturday I guess I’ll have to wear a hat for the next few weeks
