I love this salon! Very clean, everyone is very professional, happy, friendly and the atmosphere makes you feel great as soon as you walk in. Their scheduling is right on. No waiting. I’ve never had anything but a perfect cut, color and blowout. My entire family goes here. We all leave happier than when we walked in. The price is right, too.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI can’t speak for the place as a whole, but I had a terrible experience with Leah personally, so if you go to this place, avoid her like the plague.She said she wasn’t familiar with guard sizes when I said I wanted a #4 on the sides and the back of my hair. I said I wanted it a 1/2 inch long and she said that would be a #2 and then said I was rude when I asked if she was sure after this lady just said herself she “isn’t that familiar with guard sizes on clippers”. She said she didn’t even want to finish my haircut after that and was about to leave my haircut not even half finished with one side of my hair MUCH shorter than the rest. I then try to make conversation with her and where I’m from and how long I’ve lived in the area comes up and she asks that of me, but as soon as the conversation turns towards her she says she doesn’t want to talk about her life story and to not ask. She said that she traveled all over the world, and I asked which countries she’d been to and which ones she liked the best, just trying to make conversation and she was very rude and snapped at me.This is all not to mention that she left the back top part of my hair longer than the rest of the top, so I had to go to a different place for a trim since I was not about to return to this place and have my mood soured by a rude self-entitled elderly woman. I had an amazing time with Clare. She made the entire experience extremely welcoming and listened to my opinion. I came in having a very vague idea of what I wanted and she was not only patient, she actually worked with me to create the best haircut I’ve had in years. I can’t say enough how much I love her attention to detail and her ability to work together to bring someone’s vision to life. I look forward to creating many new things together in the future.
