Critical: Professionalism, QualityI took in a undercut design, Shaun said she could do it, and but she butchered my neck basically, the design was nothing alike, the cut was super uneven, there were no sharp lines at all and she told be my canvas was the issue, my neck was too wide, my hair was too thin, if too thin why did she cut up much higher than I asked?!. I have talked to several professionals since who have made it clear she just was not capable of doing the job and should have told me. I was charged 54 dollars for a neck shave that was not complete. When I called she argued but wasn’t willing to make it right My husband who has no experience was able to fix it and did a much better job. I would never recommend them for a designed haircut. Color maybe but be sure you ask them to show you what they are doing as they do it. They are not worried about what you look like or their reputation or they wouldn’t let people walk out looking like a fool. I took in a undercut design, Shaun said she could do it, and but she butchered my neck basically, the design was nothing alike, the cut was super uneven, there were no sharp lines at all and she told be my canvas was the issue, my neck was too wide, my hair was too thin, if too thin why did she cut up much higher than I asked?!. Critical: Professionalism, QualityTo be honest, I have never been so upset about an experience in my life. I’m not quite sure how the ratings are so high for this salon. When I arrived, Joe was friendly, but he was not the one doing my hair. His sister (I think?) was – who I don’t know because she didn’t introduce herself. Conversation was terrible. Experience was 1000000% unprofessional and not relaxing at all. I was in bad need of getting my hair done for my sisters wedding. As I do love the color – I DESPISE the cut. I asked for face framing and a little more layers – nothing dramatic. I look like i belong in the days of terrible meshing of layers. There is NO way I will be able to style my hair well for my sister’s wedding now and I am so upset about it. She was also careless while coloring my hair resulting in color everywhere INCLUDING MY EYEBROW THAT I DIDNT SEE UNTIL IT ALREADY DIED PART OF IT)!!! She was whiny when talking to her mom (I think?) while doing my hair. I wouldn’t be petty over dumb things, but my visit cost over $200 which is the most I HAVE EVER paid for and I have been to WAY MORE CLASSIER, PROFESSIONAL salons before. Ones that give the whole dang treatment. Treats, water, coffee, shampoo massages included. This was FAR from the experience here. I’m laughing because I knew the second I sat down I would hate it and it is my own fault for not leaving at that point. Her first words were, “Have a seat, I’m gonna get some water and be right back.” I was 100% expecting (based on other experiences) that she was going to ask if I would like some. She did not. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR THIS SERVICE!!!!!! To be honest, I have never been so upset about an experience in my life. I’m not quite sure how the ratings are so high for this salon. When I arrived, Joe was friendly, but he was not the one doing my hair. His sister (I think?) was – who I don’t know because she didn’t introduce herself. Conversation was terrible.
