Omg LOVE! The attention to detail was impeccable. Usually when I get dip powder, my nails have rounded corners and they’re just slightly lumpy and bumpy. This looks like gel but with the durability of powder. I’m so in love. She did so great!

I had a bit of a wait when I arrived to get a pedicure. It appeared as if they wanted to space the customers out (every other chair) but after I was seated for about 20 minutes, they sat another customer right next to me! My pedicure wasn’t the greatest. I didn’t notice until I got home that several coats of polish should have been placed on my toenails. My skin is dark so I could see straight through the color on my toenails.

This place used to be great but now they are just ok. I came in to get a pedi before going on vacation. I got acrylic on my big toes and the next day the top of it chipped because the tech filed it way too thin. When I returned I decided to go in for another pedi to spend time with my mom (vs just having them to fix it). I told them what happened and they fixed it. Then they charged me for the new acrylic because “I didn’t come back soon enough”. Never mind that I explained I just got back in town from vacation.. But who would even expect acrylic to crack within a week of getting it done. On top of all of that the polish I received this time already looks older than it did when I arrived because the new tech couldn’t get low enough. And my mom’s polish is also horrible. I’ve had a great experience with Victoria, but outside of her I’ve had an issue with everyone else (at least 3 other techs). My pic (white) was taken while still in the salon after it drying. My mom’s (green) was taken after getting hers (redone) and stepping out the door.

Critical: QualityThis was quite honestly the WORST gel pedicure I have ever paid for! I’m so upset I paid for a service that I was completely disappointed in! $62 and looks like a child painted my nails and I was leaving for a family beach trip and just had to live with it! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I wish I could say they made up for it with a great massage but she just rubbed lotion in, talked my ears off (while my eyes were closed) and called it a day. I’m so upset I paid for a service that I was completely disappointed in! $62 and looks like a child painted my nails and I was leaving for a family beach trip and just had to live with it! I love going to Avalon. I have been seeing Hollie for over 3 years. She is so gentle and she is a perfectionist so my nails always look amazing. The staff is always kind and caring and willing to help. Highly recommend! Pedicure, Dip powder, Gel manicures

Poor customer service & greeting. After waiting almost a half an hour past my appointment time, the nail tech had no idea how to remove gel polish. Another lady helped her and then 40 minutes of trying to remove the gel, they put my feet in cold water. I told them twice it was cold before they made it luke-warm. I asked for designs which I never received and in the end, it looked like a 3 year old painted my nails. They didn’t give me the massage. This was hands down the worst pedicure experience I’ve ever had! I will never return and I’d never recommend anyone waste their time or money at this place.
