I’ve been to this nail salon a few times and have had very good experiences until…. Today I had a classic pedicure apt which I was really looking forward to after a very long week. Every time I go I get the classic pedicure and a complimentary glass of wine (just a small 3oz cup, but still super lovely) I always fully enjoy my “me time”! When I was asked if I wanted something to drink I of course asked for my usual. Then was asked which pedicure I wanted, I have never had this tech before, I said the classic. She then told me no and to pick a different pedicure, all of which were more expensive. I said no I always do the classic. She then said ok no wine just water. I asked if this was a new policy and she just laughed at me. When the service was over my top coat didn’t even cover the whole toe polish. Maybe if I had the glass of wine I wouldn’t have noticed it or at least wouldn’t have cared! Due to the techs attitude towards me about the wine and poor work ethic I don’t see my self going back.

I walked in without an appointment and didn’t wait but a couple of minutes to be seated at a pedicure station. The salon tech’s name was Anna and she was so nice. She did a wonderful job with a manicure, pedicure, and waxing my eyebrows. I’ll for sure be back to see her again

I want to start off by saying that I’ve been doing acrylic nails for 4 years now and I love them. I came here because they are new and I thought I would give them a chance, considering I don’t like a lot of nail places on 210. She didn’t really take a long time when giving me a full set compared to what I’m used to but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and the nails were all different lengths. Then after a few days my pointer finger nail just broke off and I didn’t feel a thing which is quite odd because they should be sturdy and glued in. BUT again I thought maybe it was just a fluke so I went in right before the wedding I was going to and he redid my nail without cost and I was very please. THEN at the wedding I lost TWO MORE NAILS without feeling it!! All I did that weekend was lay out at the beach and watch a wedding. The nails were thin, easily broke off, completely different lengths – and I’ve never had an acrylic nail break off in all my 4 years getting them. Very upset. The only positive was that they didn’t make me pay to fix that one nail

Had an 11am appointment…got there and they were behind-A LOT. I had allotted 2 hours for both gel pedi and a full ombré set; by 11:20, they were still no closer to me. The owner came up at 11:25 and apologized profusely, as one of the techs had a family emergency and couldn’t come to work. He promised that he and his brother would work in tandem to get me out in time for my 1:15 dr’s appointment. They were as good as their word, both services done to perfection and had me out of the shop by 12:50! They will have my business and referral for as long as I’m in this area!

I’ve been trying places off CR210 for years. I walked in and received probably one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. My technician did a WONDERFUL job and took her time to be absolutely perfect. Also very clean and sanitary. I’d highly recommend this salon- can’t wait to go back.

Came here based on previous, though very limited, reviews. Never in my life have I had to WALK OUT in the middle of getting my nails done. Tolerated the rude attitude, not being able to shape like asked and yes, the tips are pointing upwards instead of curving naturally. But after getting the first and the second fingers sliced by a nail file, I asked her to stop with the set. I also have no nailbed left after getting heavily filed with the course drill bit.

I was a last minute walk in before they closed. They graciously took me without hesitation and were very welcoming and polite. I purchased the #2 pedicure and it was amazing. Ty worked so hard to fix some ingrown nails I didn’t even know I had.,The salon was beautiful and spacious and relaxing and they had a decent selection of colors to choose from. The prices are mid-range/ moderate but so very worth it. They really cared about doing a good job. Thank you so much!
