I have to say, this is my favorite nail salon from many others that I have went to near where I live and have not changed salon ever since. It is about a 40 to 45 minute drive from my house but is so worth it! I recommend you ask for Ana. Aside from her being so friendly and kind, she never disappoints to fulfill my needs and make me happy. I love that she takes her time to really perfect the nail design that I want and helps me amp up my nail design when I ask for advice. Her ideas are amazing by the way. She truly has a talent!

Omg I can not stress this enough but ANA works miracles! I kid you not I go about once every 2 months and ANA NEVER Fails me. Every concept I want she gives. I love how not only does she do an amazing job but she also makes recommendations on how it can look better (maybe a different stud, butterfly, sparkle, or even in length). She is not one to criticize or even force a certain look that “fits best”. I always tip her because she ACTUALLY DESERVES IT! She’s great! One more thing I love about Avalon is this guy on the phone that always answers is so kind and super friendly; I don’t know his name but he has great customer service!

If your going to charge $23 for gel polish. Please tell the techs not to have an attitude and be lazy about changing the color because it doesn’t look like what’s on the sample. I waited patiently I didn’t want much just a polish change. I told the young lady I wasn’t pleased with one of the colors she rolled her eyes and I asked her to try a different color that looked white on the sample when she pulled it off the shelf it was yellow so I chose another it was also not a match. I finally found one that worked and she was too lazy to take the one off that didn’t work so she painted right over at that point I knew it was a hopeless case so I just let finish and paid with no tip. I’m sure she yammering about not getting a tip just like she was yammering about me not getting my pedicure. But I could not image letting her do my pedicure. Anyways nice place and all but the service I received today was rushed and not very pleasant. I tried to be as nice as possible. But she was apparently ready to leave since she kept checking her phone.

I’ve been coming here for awhile but lately the customer service has been trash. The only nice person who tries to accomplish what I want is Julie but I’m not coming back. Every time I come now, they’re just no we can’t do that, no that won’t look right. Dang am I the customer or what? If you don’t want to do the nails, just say that. I’ve been going here for over 2 years. Great experience every time. There’s nothing they can’t do (which is hard to find in other nail salons). All the techs have decent or pretty good work so just go with whoever is available.

I have been here twice and both tech I’ve had did an amazing job. Pricing is great for what you want. Today I had An/Ana and even though I didn’t have an appointment she still took her time and payed attention to detail. I say it’s best to set appointment because if not you will wait but it’s worth the wait for what they can do as nail techs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
