Why did I wait so long to find this salon?! Going to a new salon is always a gamble but i have no regrets. I waited for a second visit to write a review and it’s safe to say i will be a regular here! I made the appointment online, came in and was welcomed immediately. All the staff were friendly and nice! I met with my nail tech, Dana, for a shellac manicure. She is very attentive, pays attention to detail, and consistent!

The technicians who worked on my hands and feet were lovely however the quality of work was not worth the money spent.It was hard for the technician to find the color of powder I selected from their options because it was not labeled correctly. The pedicure was done before my manicure which is when I noticed that the polish was thick and goopy looking and residue was left on my skin around the nail but the technician was already gone and working on another. I felt still feeling happy with the results despite the hiccups. This changed after five days one nail broke to much surprise since I do not do manual labor. The salon did fix the nail for free but on the seventh day the same finger on the opposite hand broke. Up until this salon and nail set I had never experienced a broken nail. For two to break in one week is crazy. I won’t be getting my nails done here again but I might go back for a basic pedicure.

Friendly at the front desk but I was not happy with the $30 overcharge for a design for shellac, in my case- it was a simple design. OK, gave them another try- mistake. I had to direct the nail technician how to do a simple shellac tip. After the 6th time directing him how to do his job, I’m over it. He tried, but no. Dana was great with the pedicure though! She had great customer service.

I was on this side of town and decided to try this place…big mistake!! I went in with my daughter and showed pictures of what we each wanted. Was advised they could do it. 4 hours later after continuous restarting the outcome was messy, bumpy and sloppy…took 2 different nail techs. I get nails done and know prices…. Had a refill and added a little chrome…$70…my daughters sloppy messy bumpy design was $100 and regular nail painting for my 7 year old $20! At Texas Nail Bar would have been less expensive and better quality! If I could give negative stars I would.

Would not recommend or visit again!!! Very over priced for mediocre service. The manager in the front has a nasty attitude and all they care about is money. The tech showed me my receipt before I started getting my nails done and they charged me $20 extra after for fees that were not listed. The techs leave you dirty and don’t even check on you after. Toes are uneven, my new refill still has the old color showing under my nails and they have the nerve to charge extra because it’s a different color or you picked a certain nail polish that wasn’t listed to be $5 but to their knowledge it is.

Kind of small inside, besides the receptionist, the people weren’t very friendly, the massage on the legs was very basic, paraffin os only offered if you pay for the $55 pedi, and they didn’t offer any water, which most salons do. On the plus side, they at least offer a good selection of Zoya products, which are formaldehyde free..

I will admit my nails look good. I decided to try this place since it was on my way home from work and they had such good reviews. I called and made an appt. for 5:30 Friday and I was there on time. They were nice and everything seemed good. Once the tech started on my nails she made them bleed. Which hasn’t happened often before and it was super painful. She told me it was because my cuticles were dry but I have never had this problem before anywhere else. My fingers are so sore and still painful. I have washed and scrubbed my hands and the blood is still there. Two of my fingers look like they are getting infected so I now have to go to the doctor. Also, they were getting close to closing and I could tell they started rushing. The lady who did my toes didn’t even let me sit to allow them to dry. They rushed me and told me to be careful not to mess my toes up because it was raining and they were obviously still wet. Also, I noticed something being passed out to other customers who were there when they were leaving and when I left I didn’t receive the same treatment. The price was also about $30 higher than my previous nail salon in LaCenterra. I will not be returning.
